The house is located in the residential area of Puerto Morelos at only 150 meters to the beach and 2 blocks from the town square (400 meters).

Is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking tranquility. At the back of the rental house, there is a large garden area with patio and an after-beach shower as well as 4 beach chairs for your convenience.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms; room one has 2 single beds and the second room has a Queen size bed. There is only one shared bathroom with a cold and hot water shower, living room, dining room and kitchenette. On the 2nd floor, there is a Studio with cable TV, queen size bed, private bathroom with shower and balcony with a peaceful view. The maid cleans the house every 4 nights. (Any additional maid service has a cost of $40 USD for the Full house, $30 USD for the 2 bedroom house and $20 USD for the studio. Includes a change of linen and towels.
